The Lady won eight awards at last night’s VMAs, almost making MTV Video Music Awards history, but it's her meat dress that's grabbed the most headlines today.
She says:
"I was so nervous for tonight that I would let my fans down," Gaga told the crowd as she accepted her final award for video of the year.
In true Gaga style, the singer wore a different outfit to receive each of her awards. Gaga picked up one award in a meat dress that appeared to be made of slices of raw beef.
Designer Franc Fernandez made the creation, and claims that the meat will not rot, rather dry in-to jerky.
I know that it sounds bizarre, this is Lady Gaga we're talking about. Of course, the Lady Gaga meat dress came with a lot of criticism, the harshest being from animal rights group PETA.
